Can you send me a return label?

Do I have to email you the list of the items I sent back, a copy of the customs declaration, and the tracking number?

What does it mean "to return within 14 days"? Do you have to receive it back within this time frame?
14 days from the day you received the order.
Do you offer free returns/return labels?
We wish we could but it's impossible for small family-owned businesses
Do I have to insure the returned parcel and use the trackable service?
You don't need to use trackable services, but we highly suggest it
My tracking says that the return has been delivered to you. When do you process it?
We work hard to process returns fast, but it might take up to 14 days
Can I cancel the order and ask for a refund if the order is shipped?
Yes but please read the conditions carefully
Do I have to explain why I am returning the purchase?
We do not need a reason but would appreciate it.
Why did I receive a smaller refund than the product cost?
Most likely because a discount was used
