Do you have to receive a return back within 14 days?

"Sending the item back within 14 days from when you received the order" means that you have to ship it within two weeks from the date tracking shows it as "Received" by you. No, it does not mean we have to receive it in 14 days. We understand that delivery by post might be slow, and it may take up to a few weeks to receive your return.
