Will you refund me if I don't pick up my order from Courier, and will they send it back to you?
If you refuse the order, the order will be returned to us. Please note that we will not refund you the initial and return shipping costs, and we will charge you all the expenses related to this return (including all customs charges, if any).
Please note when the order is refused, be patient and expect to wait up to 1 month if you are from Europe and up to 2 months if you are from any country outside Europe. When such situations occur, we reserve the right to refuse to accept future orders from the customer.
- Return shipping costs of the unclaimed parcel from within the EU countries are the same as the initial shipping +20 EUR courier charge for handling the return.
- Return shipping costs of the unclaimed parcel from countries outside the EU are the same as the initial shipping + 50 EUR courier & customs charge for handling the return.
