PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

✔️ The size exchange offer is only valid for deliveries within the EU.

✔️ The exchange is only possible for a different size of the ordered item.

✔️ We will send an exchange free of charge. The exchange shipment will be sent via registered mail by the cheapest courier service and may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.

✔️ If you plan to place a new order, please let us know so we can send the exchange size with your new order. :)

❗ When sending anything back to us, please always include a message explaining how you want us to proceed with the returned items. 

❗ If the requested exchange size is not available, you can send the item for a money refund or a store shopping coupon.

❗ Note: The customer pays for return shipping.

🌐 Do you live outside the EU (USA, UK, CA, CH, NO, RU, AU, etc)? Sorry, but the size exchange offer is not available. You may only send the item back for store credit or refund according to the return instructions.
