Info on delivery, returns, and payment options for customers from Lithuania

We offer these delivery options in Lithuania: 

  • Omniva courier and parcel terminal
  • Self-pickup at Fantasmagoria

Fast delivery times and no customs or import fees since we're also in Lithuania! Come see us if you want to try something on :)

If you cannot see any delivery options please use LATIN CHARACTERS (English letters) ONLY without any special characters (ą,č,ę,ė,į,š,ų,ū,ž) in your address.

Delivery price and time are shown next to all the available delivery options once you select Lithuania and enter your postcode on the checkout page.


If you wish to try some things on or look at an item that you wish to order - come see us!

We do not have a physical store BUT you can place an order and we prepare it within the next 30 minutes :)

Whenever you check out choose one of these options to place an order for pickup:

Then visit our office within three days during Fantasmagoria working hours:
We work Monday-Friday from 9:00 until 18:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 til 14:00.

You will only be able to pay with a card upon pickup - no prepayment. We want to make sure everything suits your needs, so you only need to pay once you come to pick it up.

All prices and services include VAT (Value Added Tax) for deliveries within the EU

Customers from Lithuania benefit from no customs procedures and no import fees on orders they receive from us.


General return terms for countries within the EU apply to Lithuania. 

Customers within the EU can also use benefits like SIZE EXCHANGE.
What that is? If the size did not fit you, you can send it back and we will send an exchange free of charge. 

We always recommend contacting our customer support through chat before returning any item.
