The Fantasmagoria office is located at Dariaus ir Gireno Street, house number 2 (T parkas), on the 2nd floor. There are a couple of entrances in the building but you'll find directions once you enter the building. Entrance through the Automuseum on the 3rd floor or behind the gas station on the first floor (Pelesos St. 1).
For directions, type in "Fantasmagoria" on Google maps.

We work from 9:00 until 18:00 Monday-Friday (closed for a lunch break from 13:00 until 14:00).

PLACING A SELF-PICKUP ORDER

Quick pickup (without trying on)

• Please choose "Pickup at Fantasmagoria" as the "shipping method" on checkout.
• Click "continue to the payment page."
• Choose the "Pay by card at Fantasmagoria store" payment method.
• Tick "Agree to the "Terms of Service."
• Click "Confirm your order."
• Order is to be paid on pickup. We accept all kinds of credit and debit cards and mobile contactless payments.
• You may pick up your order within 10 minutes of placing it. We keep orders reserved for seven days maximum. 

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Want to try on clothing or shoes?

• Please choose "Try-on &buy at Fantasmagoria" as the "shipping method" on checkout.
• Click "continue to the payment page."
• Choose the "Pay by card at Fantasmagoria store" payment method.
• Tick "Agree to the "Terms of Service."
• Click "Confirm your order."
• Come to our office within three days to pay and pick up your order.
• For a try, before you buy, please make sure you visit us from 9:00 until 12:00 or from 14:00 until 17:00.
• You may pick up your order within 10 minutes of placing it. We keep orders reserved for seven days maximum. 
• Our sales assistants will help you and provide advice on size and style.
• We have everything in stock here so you can always try another size or select a different item. If nothing is suitable, you can cancel the order free of charge.
• Once you try and select the goods you want to buy, you can pay by card. We accept all kinds of credit and debit cards and mobile contactless payments.

HOW TO SELECT SELF-PICKUP IF I VISIT LITHUANIA BUT LIVE ELSEWHERE?

1. Keep your billing (home delivery) address in the first address field
2. Click the "Ship to a different address" checkbox to open the "Deliver to" address field.
3. Enter the Fantasmagoria office address in the "delivery address" field:

4. Choose the self-pickup option between try-on and simple pickup without trying on:

   - Click "Confirm your order." 
   *You will pay only on order pickup at our office. 
7. Visit our office within three days during Fantasmagoria working hours:
   We work Monday-Friday from 9:00 until 18:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 until 14:00.
8. See the ordered items, pay for your order, and take it home.
