6. Once the payment is received, we will ship the order within the stated timeframe.

• Our bank is SEPA Bank. SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area.
• IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a number that replaces all national account details (such as account number and bank sort number).
• SWIFT or BIC (Business Identifier Code) and bank code are internationally standardized bank codes needed for transactions outside the SEPA zone. This data is similar to the bank routing code identifying payment providers worldwide.
• European customers only need to know the receiver name & IBAN to make a bank transfer.

Bank transfer is usually free or has a low fee within most of the European Union, Switzerland & Norway.

Orders with Bank Transfer payments are kept for seven days. The order is canceled if we do not receive a payment within seven days.
