HOW FAST DO YOU PACK AND SHIP OUT THE ORDERS?

• We pack within 1 to 5 working days.
• Priority Express delivery orders are packed within one working day.
• Standard Economy delivery orders are packed within 2 to 5 working days.
• Allow and expect a several extra days delay during sales & National holidays, on size exchange orders, and during a free delivery promotion.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME PER CARRIER?

• UPS EXPRESS SAVER  COURIER DELIVERY:
  1-2 days within the EU (add 1-2 days for non-capitals)
  3-5 days international (USA, UK, &other countries outside the EU)
• UPS STANDARD ECONOMY COURIER DELIVERY: 6 to 14 days (only available in the EU and UK).
• DHL EXPRESS COURIER DELIVERY:
  1-2 days within the EU (add 1-2 days for non-capitals)
  3-5 days international (USA, UK, &other countries outside the EU)
• DHL Economy COURIER DELIVERY: 6 to 14 days (only available in the EU).
• FedEx PRIORITY EXPRESS COURIER DELIVERY:
  1-2 days within continental Europe (add 1-2 days for non-capitals)
  3-5 days international (USA, UK, & other countries outside continental Europe)
• FedEx Economy COURIER DELIVERY: 6 to 14 days worldwide (might not be available in all countries).
• OMNIVA DELIVERY TO PARCEL BOXES:
  1 to 5 days in Lithuania
  2 to 6 days in Latvia & Estonia
• Fantasmagoria office same day, pickup available during weekdays from 9:00 to 13:00 or from 14:00 until 18:00.

Please note that "a day" means one workday (e.g., Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri), except National holidays.

WHAT TIME WILL THE COURIER DELIVER MY ORDER?

• Any courier delivery is only possible during weekdays (Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday, depending on the country).
• Couriers deliver orders to your address during working hours, usually from 8 AM until 7 PM (19:00).

I SELECTED DELIVERY TO OMNIVA/DPD/INPOST PARCEL TERMINAL. WHEN CAN I PICK IT UP?

• Most Parcel boxes are open 24/7. Some are located inside the shopping malls and close for the night/weekends. If the pickup time matters, check the parcel terminal working hours before selecting that terminal as a delivery point.

I'M NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY TIME. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

• Some couriers allow you to change the delivery time.
• Most couriers offer to resend the parcel to the pickup point within your town free of charge.
• Some couriers allow you to change the delivery address within your town free of charge. You can select your work address.
• Most couriers leave your parcel at the door or your neighbor's.
• If you are not home during delivery hours, and there are no nearby courier drop-off access points that work at night or on weekends, we recommend ordering delivery to your work address.

I NEED MY ITEMS VERY QUICKLY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We recommend choosing Express Priority shipping by UPS, FedEx, or DHL for the fastest delivery. Or, if you are in Vilnius, come pick up your order the same day.
