- We ship to the United States by UPS, FedEx, and DHL couriers.
- All shipments are trackable. You will receive a tracking link by email when we ship your order.
- Delivery takes 3-5 days by Express Priority to 6-12 days by Economy couriers.
- Delivery price and time are shown next to all the available delivery options once you select a delivery country (United States) and enter your postcode on the checkout page.
TAX-FREE SHOPPING
US customers always shop tax-free (0% Tax) with us.
SIZES
- Please note, European and Asian sizes are usually smaller than standard US sizes.
- If you usually wear size L and up, consider ordering one to three sizes up.
- Always check the size chart and product description.

PAYMENT
We accept all credit cards and PayPal payments.
CURRENCY
- All prices on the Fantasmagoria website are in EUR € (Euro currency).
- The EUR exchange rate is very close to US $. See the latest exchange rate on Google.
- You do not need to have EUR on your payment account- our payment processor will automatically convert the US to EUR.
- The currency exchange will be processed by PayPal or your card provider during the checkout.
RETURNS FROM THE USA
- General return terms for countries outside the EU apply to US customers.
- Please contact our customer support through chat or email before returning anything.
- Contact us via chat to avoid pricy return expenses if you are unsure about the sizing.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
As a consumer, you should assume that if your order is over 700 EUR (800 USD), you may be subject to duties and/or taxes and administrative fees (fees assessed by a courier company that may handle the Customs declaration on your behalf).
The easiest way to handle the customs fees is when the courier company accounts for the shipment for you.
If the order is higher than a non-taxable minimum, the courier company will send you an email asking you to pay taxes and customs duties.
All of our US customers placing big orders, thus have to pay import fees, say that the customs duty process is easy and quick.
