Delivery to Fantasmagoria customers in Ukraine is rather complicated right now.

At the moment, we can only deliver to Ukraine by land with DHL economy couriers.

TAX-FREE SHOPPING

Customers in Ukraine shop TAX-Free with us, but they must pay customs duties and import fees upon receiving the order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Please expect to pay a 20% to 50% customs charge on top of your total order (shipping included). For accurate fees, please get in touch with your local customs office and the DHL office in Ukraine.
