How quickly will I receive a gift card code?
During our working days (Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 EET), you will receive it within 2 hours. If you bought a gift card on the weekend or national holiday, we'll send your gift card code before noon on Monday or the next working day right after the holidays.
How can I pay for the gift card?
Click on the links on the purchase page, and depending on your country, select your preferred payment method: Visa, MasterCard, American Express Card, Apple Pay, iDEAL, SOFORT Banking, MyBank, Bancontact, eps, giropay, or Przelewy24.

Can you assign the gift card to the receiver?
Sure! Please ensure the receiver has an account with us and provide us with their email address.
Can you email the gift card to the receiver?
Absolutely! Don't forget to include a personal message with the receiver when filling out the form.
However, please note that we will email it immediately after creating the shopping code, so if you wish the receiver to receive the card on a special date, please send it yourself.
