How quickly will you send my order after I pay for it?

Order processing starts the same or the next work day after receiving the payment in full.
We work Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (excluding National holidays).
We guarantee to pack and ship out your orders within 1 to 5 working days after receiving the payment in full.
Express courier delivery orders are packed within 1-2 working days.
Non-express delivery orders are packed within 2-5 working days.
During holidays & sales, order processing may take up to 1 week longer.
