FREE SHIPPING TERMS

The FREE SHIPPING offer is only valid for registered and logged-in retail customers shopping at the Fantasmagoria Shop website.
Unless stated otherwise, a minimum order per country (sum of the total price of goods in your cart) is required to use a promotion. Minimum order amounts will be written on the current "free shipping promo offer" page or announced with the promotion.
If you use a "free shipping" delivery method on checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions written on this page.

WHAT IS THE "MINIMUM ORDER" IN "FREE SHIPPING" TERMS?

The minimum order is the total amount of goods in your cart. This means the sum of the price of all goods only, after discount (if any promo code is applied), shipping excluded.

Because the shipping price varies by destination, the minimum order amount for free delivery differs by country. Once the promotion is released and valid, information on the required minimum will be provided on the offer page.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER DISCLAIMER

When shipping your order, we reserve the right to change the courier. For example, we may switch from UPS to DHL or DPD couriers or even send your order by post.
The delivery time stated at checkout is not guaranteed for the “Free Shipping” option. Your order might be delivered 10 days later than stated at checkout.
If you wish your order to be delivered quickly (e.g., the next day or within a week), please do not use the "free shipping" offer and choose Express delivery.
We reserve the right to forbid using a “Free shipping” service for customers whose return rate is over 70%.
If a customer does not pick up or refuse an order sent as free shipping and returns it to us, the initial and return shipping fees and customs fees [if any] will be deducted from the total amount paid. The rest of the amount will be processed as a store credit.
We might revise the “Free Shipping” policy and reserve the right to cancel it or raise the minimum order amounts at any time.
If you are unhappy with the conditions, please do not use the “Free shipping” delivery option.
