Purchased goods return is only possible for size exchange or store credit. If any items are returned for refund, we will deduct all initial shipping expenses & customs fees from the refund amount.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS ON "FREE SHIPPING" ORDER RETURN

In case of a return for a refund, the initial shipping price will be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of a return for a store credit or size exchange, no shipping price will be deducted from a returned item’s amount.
Other return conditions remain standard.

FREE SHIPPING TERMS

The FREE SHIPPING offer is only valid for registered and logged-in retail customers shopping at the Fantasmagoria Shop website.
Unless stated otherwise, a minimum order (sum of the total price of goods in your cart) is required to use a promotion. Minimum order amounts will be written on the current "free shipping promo offer" page or announced with the promotion.
If you use a "free shipping" coupon on checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions written on this page.

Free shipping is unavailable for heavy, bulky, fragile items such as footwear, top hats, luggage, most home decor items, bedding, pillows, glassware, and furniture.

The minimum order is the total amount of goods in your cart. It means the sum of the price of all goods only, shipping excluded.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER DISCLAIMER

When shipping your order, we reserve the right to change the courier. For example, we may switch from UPS to DHL or DPD couriers or even send your order by post.
The delivery time stated on checkout is not guaranteed for the “Free Shipping” option. Your order might be delivered 10 days later than stated during the checkout.
If you wish your order to be delivered quickly (e.g., the next day or within a week), please do not use the "free shipping" offer and choose Express delivery.
We reserve the right to forbid using a “Free shipping” service to customers whose return rate is over 50%.
If the order sent as free shipping is not picked up or refused by a customer, and the order returns to us, the initial and return shipping fees and customs fees [if any] will be deducted from the total amount paid. The rest of the amount will be processed as a store credit.
We might revise the “Free Shipping” policy and reserve the right to cancel it or raise the minimum order amounts at any time.
