Changing the orders that haven't been sent yet

Customers can't edit or cancel the order themselves.
For any order changes, please get in touch with us via email, chat, or phone.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN SELECTING THE SIZE. CAN YOU CHANGE IT?

If you notice any mistakes in the size selection, contact us immediately by phone, chat, or email. 
Write what is wrong and which size should be sent.
Also, please ensure you write your full name, email, the full name of the item that must be changed, and the size.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN FILLING IN MY DELIVERY DETAILS. HOW CAN I FIX IT?

We process orders quickly, so edits are not always possible. If it is too late to change - you can send a request to the courier through the tracking link on the courier's page. We will also send this request to the couriers from our side.

I PLACED THE ORDER BUT DID NOT PAY YET. CAN YOU CHANGE THE PAYMENT OPTION TO A DIFFERENT ONE?

Yes, of course. Please contact us via chat or email, write your order number, email, and full name, and let us know how you would like to pay.

CAN I CHANGE THE RECEIVER OF THE ORDER?

If your order hasn't been shipped, we can keep your name on the billing and add a new receiver to the delivery address.

If you just placed the order a moment ago and the order wasn't shipped yet, send us a message from your customer's account or contact us by email.
When contacting us, let us know your full name, email, phone number, order number, and the full name and phone number of the receiver of the order.
But please note that we process orders quickly, and changes are not always possible.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, if it hasn't been shipped yet if the receiver and contact phone number and email are the same as when the order was placed, and if the delivery is in the same country.

If you just placed the order a moment ago and the order wasn't shipped yet, send us a message from your customer's account or contact us by email.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?

You can also contact us by chat or email, but we can't guarantee that we will read your message before the order is shipped.

When contacting us, let us know your full name, email, and order number, and explain your request informing us of what has to be changed in your order. Please note that if you add or change goods to your order, the weight of the parcel changes, and the shipping price increases.
