VIP MEMBERSHIP TERMS & DISCOUNT POLICY
- To become a Fantasmagoria VIP customer, spend at least 500 EUR within 12 months (500 EUR returns excluding).
- To shop at the VIP prices, please log in to your account.
- Note: VIP discounts are applied to all full-priced goods in the store.
- VIP status is kept for all customers who shop with us at least once a year (no minimum required).
- Please note that the system automatically removes the VIP status if the VIP customer's return rate or canceled orders exceeds 50% or if no order has been placed for over the year.
- Free shipping on VIP customers' orders is available on minimum orders during the VIP promotions. Standard free shipping offer conditions apply.
- If the current promotion % is higher than your VIP discount, the higher % is applied to your VIP prices during the promotion.
