I got an SMS/email from delivery couriers telling me I must pay a certain fee before delivering my order; what do I do?
Pay the duties, and receive your order. π
Check the import fee articles for all the customs-related info (relevant only for customers receiving orders outside the European Union).
Note: if your address is in the EU country- you will never be asked for any payments or import fees.
Beware of fake SMS messages with fraudulent requests. Please ensure you got the real message from the actual shipper; ensure that the order is from Fantasmagoria and that the sender includes your order information. If in doubt - don't hesitate to contact us immediately.
