How do I pay the import fees?

After you receive the email from us notifying you that your order has been shipped:

• Follow the tracking link we send you and check if there is any request to pay and advance import fees. 
• When the order reaches your country, the shipping carrier usually sends you an advance import fee payment request. 
• Check your email and phone SMS messages frequently to ensure you get all essential messages regarding the delivery of your order.
• Please note that in some countries, you might be required to provide additional documents, such as a payment copy, and you might have to fill in a specific import form.
