I am your VIP customer, but after logging in to Fantasmagoria.shop website, some prices do not change. Why so?

VIP discount is only applied on full-priced goods. If the item is on sale = the price will be the same for all the customers. However, if the product is not on sale, and you see the full price without the discount after logging in to your VIP account - please get in touch with us through chat, attach a screenshot, and we'll fix this error.
