What should I do if my package is delayed or late?
Please note that delivery of your order at the time stated on checkout is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, force majeure situations can appear. 99% of the orders we ship arrive on time, but exceptions happen. This might be because of the bad weather, strikes, covid outbreaks, accidents on the road, and other unexpected events that neither we nor the carrier can predict or change.
When placing an urgent order, please always expect it to arrive late and always have a backup plan for the outfit 😉.
If the carrier's tracking link shows that you have an "exception," an event or situation, such as a customs delay, may cause your delivery to be rescheduled. Check the Shipment Progress section on the Tracking page for details about changes in the delivery schedule. Shipment movement information is captured each time we scan your tracking label in the carrier's delivery system. There may be several days between scans if the package travels cross-country or moves between countries.

Why is my package in a different country?
This is nothing to be concerned about. Shipments may move through regional sorting locations before arriving at their final destination. This is very common.
