Understand the shipping status of your order and the meaning of the courier's emails.

When we ship your order, you will receive several emails from the courier company informing you of your delivery progress. Also, the status of your shipment is available on the tracking page. Below is the explanation of these statuses.

Label Created 

We’ve packed your order and created the shipping label. Once your order is handled by the courier and has it moving within the courier's network, the status of your shipment will be updated at the tracking link. 

Shipped/On the Way 

Your shipment is moving through the courier's network, and it now has a scheduled delivery date. Shipments can stay in this status until it’s out for final delivery. If shipments are traveling long distances, they likely won’t be scanned again until they reach their destination hub.

Out for Delivery 

The courier company in your town has received the shipment, and they’ve dispatched it to a driver for its final delivery. Packages are typically delivered between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (occasionally later) to residences and by close of business for a commercial address. 


Couriers delivered the shipment to its final destination (your address), with a timestamp of the delivery recorded. Our shipments don’t require a signature, so the driver will try and find a safe place to leave the shipment to keep it out of plain sight or in harmful weather. This may include a front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. Also at your request, the parcel can be given to your neighbors.  

Delivered to an Access or Pick-Up Point

A selected Access Point location has received the shipment and is ready to be picked up at the receiver’s convenience.  

Transferred to Post Office for Delivery.

Left in the parcel locker at the courier's terminal station.

If you requested the delivery to the Access Pint - allow for an extra day or two for the final delivery. 


The shipment is in the courier's network, but there was an unexpected error that may result in a change in the scheduled delivery date. The reason for the exception will be noted in the Shipment Progress section of the Tracking Detail page. The tracking status will show the new date when the delivery date changes.
