WHERE CAN I FIND THE TRACKING NUMBER?

Once we ship your order - we will email you the tracking link.

You can also find the parcel tracking number by logging into your account, then opening the order page, where you can see the current status of your order. Press the "order details" to see the tracking number.

WHEN CAN I START TRACKING MY ORDER?

Please note that the shipment can be tracked only after 12 to 24 hours from when the order is marked as shipped.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED?

The courier will knock on your door or sends you a message 😊, or:

  • You'll get an email from a courier.
  • You'll receive an SMS or a call from a courier.
  • You'll find a parcel outside your door.
  • You'll see it on the tracking website.
  • See the DELIVERY info page for detailed information and replies to all your questions.
Please always track your shipment through the tracking link sent to your email and be at the delivery address on the day of delivery of the order.
