β Delivery of the free orders takes from 2 and up to 14 days.
β Once the order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent.
β Free orders are packed and shipped within a week.
π SOME EXCEPTIONS
β *Although Cyprus, Malta, the Azores, Madeira, and the Canary Islands are part of the EU, the minimum amount for free shipping to these destinations is 300€.
β We reserve the right to change the courier and ship the order by post or another delivery service that is the best available. For example, if the recipient lives in a rural area, we will most likely ship the order by post.
β We reserve the right to stop this promotion and change the minimum order amount at any time.
β Large items such as luggage bags, bulky home decor items taller than 30 cm, fragile glassware, ceramic jars and teapots, and larger resin sculptures are not eligible for free shipping outside the EU offer; therefore, the "free shipping" option won't appear for ineligible countries on checkout.
β We reserve the right to deny free shipping to customers whose returned goods exceed 50%.
