Payment conditions: Please note that we should receive your payment before the "last order date." If you pay for your order by bank transfer, place & pay your order three days earlier than the "last order date."

Please note that everyone (including courier services) is extremely busy during this time of the year. Snow or other winter weather conditions may delay the delivery as well.

Priority & Express couriers will deliver your order in 1-2 working days within the EU or 3-5 days to the countries outside the EU (USA, UK, Japan, Canada, Mexico, etc.).

All express delivery orders placed and paid before 9 AM (EET) will be shipped the same or the next day!

Omniva courier and parcel box delivery usually take 3 to 10 days.

Any economy & standard courier delivery usually takes 10 to 14 days. Such orders are shipped within 2-5 days.
