HOW TO FILL IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON CHECKOUT?
Address line 1 is used for the street name and house number. You can also write your apartment number here.
Address line 2 (address complement) is an optional field; use it if you need to provide the following data for delivery:
- Apartment/flat number
- C/O Name
- Name of the business
- Name of the building or entrance
- Entrance or gate code
I CAN'T CHECKOUT AND SEE THE MESSAGE "THERE ARE SOME ERRORS IN THE CHECKOUT FORM. PLEASE MAKE CORRECTIONS." WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

- Your address is missing some data, such as the street name.
- The address is too long (consider shortening it and use only the necessary info).
- Postcode is missing.
- You forgot to add your phone number.
- You used non-Latin characters in the name or address fields.
HOW DO I WRITE MY PHONE NUMBER?
You should write your mobile/cell phone number in the international format at checkout.
When writing your phone number, only write the numbers following your country code. Your country code is prewritten once you select the delivery country.
For example, if the delivery is to Lithuania, where the country code is +370. Your phone number is +37064866613. So you should only write these numbers in the phone number field: 64866613.
Do not leave spaces between numbers or use special characters such as "/ ( )."
DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS (HOME OR WORK)
To receive the order to your address, please choose courier delivery.
However, if you are not available at the address at the time of delivery, couriers will leave your order for pickup at the nearest Access Point (pickup location). It can be a Post Office, a Kiosk, or a Small Shop. Please always follow the tracking link and check the notifications; also, watch your email and SMS messages.
If you are unavailable at the address during the courier delivery time, please ensure you can pick up the order from the Courier Company's Access Point within a given time (usually less than five days).
MY BILLING AND DELIVERY ADDRESSES ARE DIFFERENT. WHAT TO DO?
Please write your billing address as a main (first) address and mark "ship to a different address" on checkout.
The "delivery address" field will expand - fill in your delivery address there.
