The courier says they left my order at the door, My tracking information shows that a package was left at my address, but I cannot find it!  What should I do?

When orders are left at the door, most couriers take a photo of the entrance with the parcel placed at the door. Find the tracking link (sent to your email), open it, and see if any photos or instructions from the courier are available.

For some addresses, to help ensure the safety of your package, the driver will try to leave your package out of plain sight.

Please check all exterior doors and locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards.
Ask your neighbors and check with anyone in your apartment who might have retrieved the package.
