I PLACED AND PAID FOR MY ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHY?
We always send the order confirmation and tracking numbers from [email protected] e-mail. Open your email account and do the following:
- Check for our emails in the spam and junk mail folders and the "promotional" emails folder.
- Search for the [email protected] e-mail.
- Add us to the safe sender list and your address book.
I CHECKED SPAM FOLDERS AND SEARCHED FOR [email protected] E-MAIL IN MY EMAIL ACCOUNT. STILL, I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Please contact us by e-mail or live chat, let us know your full name and email that you used to place the order, and tell us when you placed an order. We will then check if you entered the correct e-mail when placing the order.
