HOW CAN I GET AN INVOICE ISSUED FOR MY BUSINESS?

We do not have an option for the company data to be entered in the checkout fields. However, there is a workaround for that!

OPTION 1:

Write your company name in the "First Name" field and your full name in the "Last name" field.
Write your VAT in the "Address complement" (Address line 2) field.

Here is an example picture of how to fill out the checkout form: 

OPTION 2:

Please place your order and send us an email or chat message: write your order number and full company details.
We will edit the invoice by including your company details in the billing field.

I HAVE A VAT-REGISTERED COMPANY IN THE EU. CAN I SHOP VAT-FREE?

Sorry, VAT-free shopping for EU companies is not possible at the moment. We can issue an invoice for your company, but we can't deduct VAT.

VAT deduction is only possible if your order is over 1000 EUR.

Contact us before placing the order. Write your company details & address and your business VAT number.
Please note that for such orders, refunds are not possible and only bank transfer payments are accepted.
