EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
The exchange is only possible for a different size of the same item ordered.
If you wish to exchange for something else – send the item for a money refund or a shopping credit and place the new order.
When sending anything back to us, please always write a message with the information on how you want us to proceed with your returned items.
Please note: customer pays return shipping.
Do you live in the EU? Send the item back to us according to the EU return instructions.
We will send an exchange free of charge. Exchange shipment will be sent as registered mail by post.
If you plan to place a new order, please let us know so we can send the exchange size with your new order. :)
Do you live outside the EU (USA, UK, CA, CH, NO, RU, AU, etc)? Send the item back to us according to the return instructions, and we will send an exchange size with your next order or we can issue you store credit to purchase something else.
You have to pay return shipping, but we will not charge you for the extra shipped weight when sending the exchange item with your new order. Sorry, but due to the customs charges and international shipping costs, this is the best option we can offer now.
Once you place the new order, please contact us over the chat with the exchange request.
Do you live in Vilnius? Bring a return to our office and pick up the exchange size.
In a hurry to receive an exchange size?
If you don't plan to place an order soon, or should you wish to receive the exchange item by express courier delivery: please send the product for the refund and place the order for the new size.
